All projects are accepted subject to our terms and conditions. You have the right to cancel your project within 7 days from the date of acceptance. Once work has commenced, no refunds of the deposit are available. All funds paid up to this point will be returned in full.
The prices shown above are for typical projects and are not an indication of all projects undertaken. If you require extra services other than those listed above, a further fee may be applicable. Please ensure you highlight your exact requirements at the time of enquiry for an accurate quotation.

After your initial contact, you can expect the project diary to follow the timeline below...
- You contact LOS Design and request a project scope. The consultation can take place over the telephone, via email or post. the choice is yours. The purpose of this action is to gleam as much information as possible regarding your proposed project.
- We deliver a project outline and a no obligation quote for you to view.
- Once the project outline is agreed, we will require a deposit of 50%.
- There will then be a 7 day cooling off period from the date of cleared payment.
- Once this has elapsed, we will then begin work on your project and deliver up to 3 'site mock ups' for you to view and decide upon your final look and feel.
- We build the site in line with the agreed project outline on our development servers which you can view at anytime. We will supply you with a URL direct to your project.
- Once completed (normally 4 weeks) you can view the site and inform us of any changes you may require. This is called snag finding.
- Once you are satisfied, you will then confirm this via email and the balance will be due.
- Once this has been received, we will publish the site to your domain name as required.
- From this date, you will have 1 months support free of charge.
